Greice Homes has provided care taking of our property for over 12 years. This included management & payment of utilities and dealing with problems should they arise. And of course, from time to time they did, but were dealt with in a timely manner by Greice Homes. I'd have no hesitation in recommending them, as they prioritise the clients, they are easily contactable and nothing is too much trouble. Everything you need!

Excellent experience - great interacton and could not have been more helpful - stayed in one of their holiday rentals at Victoria Boulevard. Townhouse was fantastic and the area just great - 5 minutes away from Vilamoura marina. Fab short break

It was a very nice property in a well kept complex and generally well equipped but A welcome pack of essentials would have been beneficial because there was no shop within walking distance. We had to buy dish cloths, soap, washing up liquid, tea, coffee, milk, sugar and even salt & pepper. Most of which we left behind. Also two of the bedroom balconies had no furniture to be able to sit out on them.
